Refund & Return conditions.
1. once the customer will buy the product from our website they will not able to return that particular product.
2. when the product is dispatched from our store and the customer is activated/open that product we will not be responsible for any technical issue & damage.
3. Customers have to directly contact the authorized dealer and service center for guarantee and warranty issues of the product.
Payment conditions:
The (PG) Prateek Mobile will provide you the various payments mode for your online purchase.
1. We have All online mode is available on our website like UPI, Debit card, credit card, Paytm, G-pay, etc.
2. If any transactional issue is created between the online transactional (PG) Prateek Mobile will not responsible for that problem. you have to contact your respective bank or your online payment platform.
3. If any online transaction is failed during the purchase and the amount is deducted from your respective bank (PG) Prateek mobile is not responsible.
Cash On delivery condition:
What is cash on delivery (COD)?
(PG) Prateek Mobile provide the COD facility for our customers If our customers didn't want to make the online payment they can easily select the COD option. In which one of our executive will deliver your product at your door step and collect the payment in cash.
Cash on delivery conditions;
1. when the product is delivered to your doorstep you have to pay the entire amount in the cash after that you can able to open your product.
2. foreign currency will not be accepted at the time of COD payment only Indian currency will be accepted.
3. The maximum order value is ₹50,000 for cash on delivery. No gift card or store credit will use for COD orders.
